ISO 3183 L245B steel pipe manufacturing process

The manufacturing process for ISO 3183 L245B steel pipe may include the following steps and processes:

1. Raw material preparation: Select L245B grade steel plate or billet that meets the requirements of ISO 3183 standard as raw material.

2. Hot rolling production:
- Steel plate heating: Heat the steel plate to the appropriate temperature.

3. Perforation: The perforation machine is used to form a pipe hole in the center of the tube blank.

8. Inspection and quality control:

- Ensure that the product meets the quality requirements of ISO 3183 standard.

9. Surface treatment: clean, rust removal, anti-corrosion coating and other surface treatment to protect the steel pipe from environmental erosion.

10. Packaging and delivery: According to the requirements of the ISO 3183 L245B steel pipe packaging, and make the corresponding identification and records, ready to be shipped to the customer site or storage.
