Q345B welding steel pipe processing and production technology
Q345B welded steel pipe processing and production process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Material preparation: Select Q345B steel that meets the requirements of the standard.
2. Cutting: the steel plate is cut or rolled into coil according to the design size requirements.
3. Pre-bending: pre-bending the steel plate for subsequent molding.
4. Molding: The use of plate rolling machine, pipe welding machine and other equipment will be pre-bent steel plate molding, forming the preliminary shape of Q345B welded steel pipe.
5. Welding: The corresponding welding process (such as arc welding, high-frequency induction welding) is used to weld the edge of the steel plate to form a complete Q345B welded steel pipe.
6. Internal and external weld treatment: internal and external weld treatment of the welded steel pipe to ensure that the weld quality meets the requirements.
7. Size correction: The size of the Q345B welded steel pipe is corrected to ensure that it meets the specifications.
8. Straightening: The steel pipe is straightened by the straightening machine to achieve the specified straightness and flatness.
9. Water pressure test: water pressure test is carried out on the welded steel pipe to detect whether the pipe has leakage problems.
10. Rust removal and surface treatment: Remove oxides on the surface of Q345B welded steel pipe and carry out anti-corrosion treatment.
11. Cutting: Cut the Q345B welded steel pipe to the required length as needed.
12. Packaging: Package the Q345B welded steel pipe for transportation and storage.
