35CrMo seamless steel pipe China

35CrMo seamless steel pipe is a high-strength, low-alloy steel pipe commonly used in China for applications requiring excellent mechanical properties, high toughness, and good wear resistance. It is classified under the GB/T 3077 standard and is widely used in manufacturing high-pressure pipelines, automotive components, mechanical parts, and petroleum drilling tools.

Chemical Composition and Mechanical Properties
35CrMo steel contains chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo), which improve hardenability, strength, and heat resistance. After quenching and tempering, it achieves a tensile strength of 980-1180 MPa and a yield strength of at least 835 MPa, making it ideal for high-stress environments. It also has good impact toughness and fatigue resistance, essential for applications in power plants, aerospace, and heavy machinery.

Applications of 35CrMo Seamless Pipe
Due to its superior properties, 35CrMo seamless steel pipe is widely used in:
- Petroleum and gas industries – for high-pressure pipelines and drill collars
- Automobile and machinery manufacturing – for high-strength gears, shafts, and connecting rods
- Power plants and boilers – for steam pipelines and heat exchanger tubes
- Aerospace and defense industries – for critical load-bearing components

Heat Treatment and Processing
35CrMo steel pipe is usually quenched and tempered to achieve optimal strength and toughness. It has good weldability, but preheating before welding is recommended to prevent cracking. The steel is also machinable, making it suitable for precision engineering applications.

With its high-performance characteristics, 35CrMo seamless steel pipe is a preferred choice in industries requiring high strength, durability, and resistance to extreme conditions.
